Illovo Sugar Limited is South Africa's largest sugar producer and a significant manufacturer of downstream products, with agricultural, manufacturing and other interests extending over six countries.

The company is offering a bursary in the above field of study for the 2010 academic year. This is a full bursary, covering academic fees (registration, tuition and examination fees), accommodation, meals and prescribed books.

Candidates willing to apply for this bursary must have successfully completed their first year of study through a university or university of technology. Candidates studying through a university of technology must be prepared to complete the BTech degree.

We are looking for someone with above average dedication and drive, with an interest in pursuing a career with Illovo. Preference will be given to children of employees, current employees and the local community.
