The Centre for Creative Education is a teacher training and adult education centre located in Plumstead, Cape Town. Its programmes aim to “develop and nurture individuals to make a difference in society; to emphasise the personal development of the student; and to lay the foundation for in-depth professional skills and knowledge”.

Since the Centre was established in 1993, more than 1100 people have attended – doing full-time, part-time and short courses. Of these, 298 have received a formal qualification – 115 in teacher training, 166 in early childhood development, and 17 in eurythmy.

In addition, the Centre cares for and educates over 700 children ranging from 6 months to 14 years old, through the work of the Zenzeleni School for Creative Education and 8 Isiseko Sobuntu educares. Visit Centre for Creative Education for more information.
