Metheo FET College runs a number of satellite campuses and projects throughout the central Free State and Gariep, from Jacobsdal to Koffiefontein, from Zastron to Rouxville.

The catchment areas range from urban to peri-urban to rural, from the more affluent communities to the financially disadvantaged. Given its reach, the college is one of only eight public FET Colleges in the country with a full-time equivalent enrolment in excess of 5 000, and a headcount of about 14 000 students.

For some years the college has been providing training to the South African National Defence Force, Telkom and the automotive industry. Its Bloemfontein Campus runs programmes in the hospitality services, Management Science, the Humanities, Hair Care and Cosmetology, as well as Education.
