The National Treasury Graduate Development Programme (NTGDP) is directed at graduates who have or are in the process of completing their studies and provides them with opportunities to gain meaningful workplace experience to complement their studies.

Graduate placement usually takes place at universities. Multinationals and large companies that are looking for future managers run programmes on university campuses. These programmes are well advertised, and students who are interested can apply to attend.
