The EIT programme is well structured and offers graduates the opportunity to gain experience through the practical application of their studies over a period of three years.

On succesful completion of the programme and subject to their performance, trainees may be placed into Engineering Management positions wihtin the Illovo Group.

Qualifications and experience required:

• a BSc/B.Tech degree with a national diploma (NHD) in Electrical Egineering, including an above-average academic record
• willingness to spend three years on the training programme.
