The national treasury is committed to youth and skills development. Its graduate development programme is directed at graduates who have completed, or are in the process of completing their studies and provides them with opportunities to gain meaningful workplace experience to complement their studies.

The current skills shortage in South Africa as well as the dire need for job creation has prompted Davis&Dean to develop an internship program which will prepare employed/unemployed graduates for an intern placement with companies in need of project management skills.

The Department of International relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) is inviting applications for a 12 month internship programme as a contribution towards Skills development. This is aimed at giving unemployed graduates an opportunity to gain experience.
